What happened to your hair during and after pregnancy

So i dont think Iv noticed that much changes in my hair during pregnancy. It seems pretty healthy and grows fast but i feel like that has to do with the fact that i cut 5 inches off and changed my hair care routine. But im hearing that your hair regresses and falls out after pregnancy? Is this true? How was your hair after pregnancy and did you see any major changes?
