Chin acne

I have had an IUD for about a year and six months. I had the mirena at first and now i have the skyla because the mirena moved so my doctor recommended the skyla. Does anyone else experience constant chin acne? The rest of my face is completely clear and I don’t wear much makeup and I eat pretty well and drink a lot of water, so I’m doing all the right things. I’m curious to see if this is happening to others because no matter what i seem to do it will not go away.
