I need some advice, positive stories of similar experiences/anything to make me feel better.

I came off the birth control pill March last year after about ten years of using it continually. We were planing on trying to conceive starting August that year during our holiday in Japan so I gave my body a few months to be off the pill and prepare. My cycle came back like clockwork (27 day cycles) but my periods were lighter than I remember 10 years ago.

We ended up getting a BFP in September which we were so happy about! The excitement only lasted a couple of days before I started spotting and later ended up miscarrying at 4 weeks 3 days. We were upset but thought it was normal so number 2 would stick for sure. My next cycle I was sick so didn’t fall pregnant and my cycle after we argued on ovulation day so didn’t BD 😂 the following cycle though we got serious and BD’D every second day resulting in a BFP the start of this month! I had symptoms this time, a bit of nausea and couldn’t stand the smell of seafood so I was really excited this pregnancy would stick! My HPT was also so much darker than it was with the previous pregnancy! Anyway after about a week the symptoms went away. I went to the doctor and she did bloods, called me the next day and said my HCG was only 42 at 4 weeks 6 days and it should be much higher. She said it was more like a 3-4 week pregnancy. She told me to get them repeated next week and see her Tuesday. I started miscarrying last night (5 weeks 1 day) so when I get the bloods done next week my HCG will be 0. She is testing for a few other things as well though to rule out any major infections/diseases that would cause recurrent miscarriage so I will definitely get them done.

I am so deflated. It is so easy for me to get pregnant but my body can’t seem to sustain a pregnancy. Has anyone had a similar experience?
