It’s my last chance how can I find affordable meds

In 2007 I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy at 29.5 weeks. At 18 weeks he was diagnosed with a tumor and given two weeks to live. My little man fought hard to make his way into the world but he just wasn’t meant to stay. 2 years ago we started TTC and spent most of our savings on IUIs. I am 32(now) and have no known fertility issue. I’ve had laparoscopic surgery to make sure. We’ve took out a loan to cover 1 round of IVF if we don’t PGS test we can afford meds. Given my history it breaks my heart to have to choose. My sons malformation was something that can’t be tested for but likely a result of a defect in the embryo. I’m trying to figure out the cheapest way to cover medication so that I might be able to afford PGS. Any information would be appreciated.
