Masturbation to ease anxiety

I am a married 36 year old woman. I suffer with anxiety. When I am having an anxiety attack, the first thing that immediately comes to mind is masturbating to ease the anxiety. My husband and I have a healthy sex life. We are intimate daily, several times a day. The masturbation is a temporary fix but works when I need it to. I have stopped on the side of the road to masturbate, store's parking lot, and at work. I feel disgusted when I am done. I have started trying to breath deeply in and out to help my anxiety versus masturbating. Could this be a mind game that I am experiencing? Help.
