Random sharp pelvic pain

Hello! I’m currently 4-5 weeks along and today randomly getting these quick, sharp pelvic pains. Sometimes more on the left and at times worse when I breathe in. I’ve also been experience dull cramps on and off. No spotting or anything. I had a chemical last year and really am praying for a healthy baby!!

Has anyone ever experienced either of these around this time and everything was fine?
