Sleep on back???? Anyone

Does anyone sleep on their back during their pregnancy and there baby is ok? My back is most comfortable but all the readings say don’t

I'm 35+5 weeks and sometimes wake up on my back but I roll straight back to my side. You're not supposed to sleep on your back after 20 weeks but your body will tell you what isn't right and that you need to move.

I find myself waking on my back still at 19 weeks but I turn over. I sleep with a U shaped pregnancy pillow so I try to lean back into it and it kind of relieves the hip pressure.

Try sleeping propped up on a pillow. Usually my hips start to hurt when I lay on my said to long but if I put a pillow under half my back to prop myself up I don’t put as much pressure on my hips and I’m still not lying flat on my back

I’m 19 weeks and asked my midwife about this because I wake up on my back and sometimes it’s the most comfortable when I’m the couch. She said because I am healthy and low risk with no blood pressure concerns, that I don’t need to worry. However, she also said that if I’m waking up, it’s because my body wants me to switch positions so when I wake up, I roll to my side.

Whenever I roll onto my back the little one always kicks me 😂😂. It never fails I'm only 21 weeks but it seems like she's my little reminder to move. 😏

My midwife said not to after the 20th week. I still occasionally will for very short spurts but then I get uncomfortable; a pain or nausea.
