Charlie horses are unreal!!
I suffer from Charlie horses from time to time but last night was the most horrific night ever. I had 15-20 Charlie horses through out the night. I do everything to prevent them (bananas, orange juice, a ton of water etc). Has anyone else have/has this issue and what did you do to prevent or alleviate this problem?! I had to call out of work because I could barely walk on my leg 😞😞😞
