Drool Rash/Eczema: When Aquaphor Doesn’t Work HELP!!!

Please! I’m desperate...I’ve tried aquaphor after everyone swore by it in another post. I’ve tried lanolin, coconut oil, aveeno, cocoa butter, breast milk, tallow and today I’m trying cornstarch with no real difference. I keep her face as dry as possible. I don’t want to try steroid creams. Is there anything left out there!? Anyone!? The pic softens it up a bit, but it looks angry in real life. It’s also on her jaw line. She drools a lot when breastfeeding or playing with her toys and chewing on them. No teeth yet...will it stop when they come? This has been going on for over a month now. 😔
