1 year old molars?!

Has anyone else dealt with molars as early as 14 months? My 17 month old daughter has the four front teeth on the top and bottom, then started sprouting molars out of nowhere!! She's got at least two that have broken through the gums and one more on the way.

Unfortunately, this makes teeth brushing a nightmare. She cries and screams every night and I hate putting her through it. Plus the gums occasionally bleed, so I'm sure it hurts.

Her dentist can't get her in anytime soon, and I'm not sure if her pediatrician can deal with this.

HELP?!?!
