So my bf told me for my birthday (1/23/05) he's going to get me a promise ring. He showed me some and we ended up getting matching ones ( they are more like wedding bands)

I'm actually so scared of commitment. I love him but only 13.... what do you think.  We have been together for 7 months...all of my friends talk shit about us, even tho I love him like I've been with him forever. 😖😧

Do you feel ready for a promise ring from this boy? When I was your age I received one from a boy I had a relationship with. We were together a long time (for our age) and it was a sweet sentiment. I've been with my boyfriend for 2 years now. 7 months is too soon honey. on top of that youre only 14. take the time to know him more. you are still young and things can still happen. So don't rush into things too quickly.
