Groin Pain (15 weeks 4 days)

I am an avid gym goer and I workout 5 days a week for 90-120 minutes doing cardio/hiit/strength training. I’ve noticed every time I do leg works (squats, lunges, etc) my groin starts hurting for hours after. (It doesn’t hurt during the workout and I don’t feel any pain while performing the movements). It feels like I pulled a muscle in my groin and it makes it hard to walk. It intensifies if I lay down for long periods of time after my workout and stand up and try to walk. It usually subsides by the end of the day. Does this sound like round ligament pain or something else? Anyone else getting this pain? I’m going to ask my doctor about it at my next appointment but was curious to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue
