How many naps?

My guy has been fighting his 2nd nap all week. I've read that they usually drop the 2nd nap around 15-18 months, so hoping this is just a phase and he picks it up again soon!
How many naps are everyone else's little ones taking lately?

Same here. Some days it's one nap, some days it's two. Trying to hold on to the second for at least a couple more months.

Usually two but some days, it’s just the one and he gets real sleepy earlier than usual and goes to bed early so I know he’s not ready to drop the second nap permanently. Luckily it’s not often, he just gets rowdy some days. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My daughter has been changing her nap schedule recently. NORMALLY she sleeps from 10am-12pm and then goes down between 4 & 5 for another 30minutes- an hour, then bed at 8. NOW she wont go down until about noon-2pm and may or may not have a second nap! What’s going on?? Its so hard to plan anything now!

I’ve found that shortening the morning nap makes the afternoon nap go easier. I don’t let her sleep more than 45 minutes to an hour in the morning 😛

Olivia just went through a spurt of refusing her afternoon nap for 3 or 4 days and she likes to go to bed between 5-5:30 so going to bed earlier than that is just not an option to me. finally, it took a crappy morning nap for her to sleep today. usually her morning nap is 10-11 and afternoon 2/2:30-3
