Weight gain tips
I'm 22 weeks and 4 days so far I've only gained 4 pounds , I'm 138 but in December I weighed 134, doctors put me on protein shakes but they don't seem to work , any tips on how to gain weight fast? I also don't have a big appetite I get full really fast , I'm scared when I give birth I won't be able to take my son home .
