Out of Breath?

I’m 23 weeks, 5 days and I’ve noticed I’ve been getting so out of breath lately. It seems to be a chore to pull my boots on or go upstairs. Anyone else?

Getting clothes on or off, parking lots, talking I'm the phone.. yup. haha I read on this app a lot of it is due to change in hormones and can make you breathing change so that made me feel less whale-ish. but yes getting ready for the day gets me the most winded, my husband tries not to make a comment on it or laugh until I do 😂

Yep this is very normal. And not fun in the slightest... I remember this the first time around and it drove me nuts! Been feeling it really bad now, ugh.
