Looking 3 months preggo?

Any one else? I’m 6 weeks 4 days with my second and I’m bigger than my aunt that is 3 months!! This is insane. Any one else? I haven’t been to the doctor yet so I could be further/sooner. 
Anyone got a late light period and ended up being pregnant? That’s how my last one was in November.
