When TTC how often do you have sex?

I have heard SOOO many people say don’t have sex everyday because it will lower the  sperm count. Just curious to see how many of us actually baby dance when TTC.

My husband is military and when we were TTC we weren’t living together because of his job so it was whenever he was home 😂

Every other day until i get a surge then everyday until confirmed ovulation with my temps

Every other day for me. Definitely the day before ovulation (just in case we don't manage on the day itself).
