Does this mean he doesn't love you?

Have you even had a significant other tell you that if he/she knew how you really were, they wouldn't of approached or dated you? My bf told me that a few days ago & it's been getting to me. When he met me I was quite, sweet & reserved. Obviously I wasn't comfortable enough because now I'm the total opposite and loud, I can be obnoxious & whatnot and I tend to have problems with my anger that I have approved on. He still said that he wouldn't of dated me if he knew this.. idk how to feel about that. Is this a recipe for a disastrous relationship?
