Clogged Milk Duct at 8dpo?
I haven't nursed in over 2 years but got in the shower this morning and literally screamed in pain as soon as the water hit my chest. I looked to see that looks like 2 irritated ducts on my nipple.....wth? Anyone get this when not pregnant?
