Abundant CM throughout 2WW?!?

If not pregnant, do I have a hormonal imbalance? Is it estrogen that causes a lot of CM? I’ve had to wear a panty liner all week because of NONSTOP watery and frequent stretchy clear CM. Probably more than I had leading up to O! I’m always really dry after ovulating, so I was hopeful that this cycle is at least different, (plus I had faint pink spotting 5 days ago!), but I got a BFN on FRER this morning (12DPO)! Grrrr. Period is due in just a couple of days. I can’t find any info on the CM I’ve been getting! Every reputable website says it dries up or becomes tacky. Not this time! Has ANYBODY experienced this??
