At home workouts
What is your best at home work out? I've had our 3rd child (Jan 6th) & gained a lot more weight then thought. (doesn't most people?) atm my tail bone and left hip isn't so great. Still finding it hard to get around the house. I do stretches the ones I can do. Dr says to just take it easy if I still hurt in 3 months time to let him know.
