app says 4 weeks 5 days... but man do I feel yucky. I thought nausea started at like 10 weeks or so?

Nope, mine started a little after 3 weeks ! Before a positive pregnancy test
I knew I was pregnant before the test because of really sore breasts, lots of nausea and heightened sense of smell

My sickness set in right at 5 weeks, so I'd definitely say you're not too early! I'm 7w6d by this app and I have my 1st doctor appointment tomorrow (8w). Hopefully they'll be able to confirm how far along I am! The morning sickness has not lessened at all...if anything it had only grown more intense :/ Congrats on your pregnancy and I wish you a wonderful journey! Here's hoping we get some relief sooner than the 12-14 week mark!!

Mine started before I even got a positive and lasted the entire 40 weeks with my daughter. 
Most nausea and vomiting goes away after the first trimester, and there are “tricks” that might work to make things more bearable! I would google “morning sickness remedies”  a lot of stuff will come up.

I've had nausea since before my bfp and it's still going strong at 8+2! Hopefully it's a sign we are having g healthy little ones!

Nope.  Baby #1 was week 8-week 12
Baby #2 was week 6-week 20
This one is interesting, a couple days around 6 weeks and now is tapering off close to 7...we shall see lol
Hope you feel better but it is normal!
