OPK questions!

Crystal • Sun, Jan 21 • Husband and I got married 10/25/11 💜 Had our son 1/10/14 💙 In July that year, I almost lost my life 💔 After a hard 3 years, we are TTC baby #2 💛 Docs say my chances aren't the best....but must keep trying and having faith! 💚

do they not work for everyone? the reason I ask this is because two days ago I got a line to show up that wasn't anywhere near as dark as the control line but it was there then I had 3 perfectly cervical white egg mucus days and then I had a temperature shift on top of that so my question is could they just not work for me I've tried different brands I've tried different everything. I am just freaking out because I have every other symptom that I'm ovulating accept all of that keeps coming back negative! I'm really hoping to hear some stories of people getting pregnant but not having any of that happen
