Running during pregnancy???!!

Hey all, does anyone else have the same fear that running will somehow 'dislodge' the embryo in the first few weeks when TTC? I know it's an irrational fear 😣 but I can’t help feeling that it'll do sth bad!! but I love running 😣😣😣 only 3dpo right now....The wait begins...

No. I ran up until 25 weeks. I even set 2 PRs during my TWW, not specifically trying. It just happened.

Yes , I love running and I am very mindful of this. I am conscious when Running , not to run to fast . I prefer to run slower . I know many runners who have become pregnant and continued to run throughout , although as I have had a few pregnancy related problems in the past I am only running slow an steady now

If it helps ease your mind at all, I ran a ton during ttc & early pregnancy (even ran a race at 4w pregnant) & everything was fine :) Totally know what you mean about obsessing about that kind of thing though!
