Missed birth control from stomach flu

Hi there’s something thats really been bothering me for the last two days. I had just started my second week of pills (Trinessa) on Sunday, Jan 15. Monday, Jan 16 was the last time I have unprotected sex. On Thursday, Jan 18 I caught the stomach flu and started to have severe diarrhea from Thursday night to Saturday mid day. I was still taking my pill daily and didn’t forget to take it. But I do know severe diarrhea can cause the pill to be ineffective and I should probably consider it as 2 missed pills. So my question is, with this situation is there a chance of pregnancy?
