Baby acne?

Our poor baby has had this for about a week now. Is it baby acne? And is there anything we can do about it? :(

Yeah it’s baby acne... it goes away on its own and it’s never scarring (according to my dad who is a pediatrician). Our little girls went away by about 2 months but it can vary.

Baby acne. Unfortunately not much you can do about it. All my kids had it. It does go away just looks sore for a bit.

Baby detergent helped her baby the most!

Looks like eczema or a reaction to soap.
