Body changes when sexually active?

Question

My mom says she can figure out when a girl is sexually active by the way her body changes (Breast grow, hips widen). I know it changes but is she trying to scare me by telling me she will be able to tell? 
I’m 17 but she is still absolutely strict about sex or boyfriends. She wont even listen to me about helping me obtain birth control. She even calls my boyfriend my “friend” or “special friend”. Please help, I love him a lot and he will be going off to the military soon. 
Any tips on hiding my body changes or hiding being sexually active, sneaking around or anything like that? I promise I’m not just a sex crazy teen, I’ve educated myself on sex and contraception very well.

That’s called puberty, not when a woman is sexually active. Having sex does not change anything about you physically.

sex doesnt cause those things, puberty and becoming a women do. and i guess those things go hand in hand with sex but she might say “i can tell you had sex, your hips are wider” dont let her trick you into getting yourself in trouble because she wont actually be able to tell
