I need some advise I’m 32, I’ve been divorced for 4 years and I have 2 girls from that marriage their dad and I share custody 50/50 unfortunately.... ever since my 2nd daughter was born my mom has always said I’m not “allowed” to have any more kids

He’s 45 ... we found out this past week I’m pregnant we’re excited and nervous of course but telling my parents is another story I’m waiting until after my 1st apt feb 16 to say anything. How do I break the news when I know they’re not going to be happy?
