When were you able to find out the gender of your baby??

We are hoping to have a gender reveal party with our close friends and family but I’m not sure when to tentatively schedule it. My next appointment will be at 16 weeks so I’m really hoping to find out then but wanted to get an idea of when most people were able to find the sex out (if you chose to find it out) Don’t want to get my hopes up if I should be expecting later. Any and all advice is welcome. Thanks so much!!

I got the blood work done 1 day before 12 weeks. I had the results back by 13 weeks but waited 2 more weeks for our gender reveal party!! Then I had it confirmed at 21 weeks at the anatomy scan

neither I found out at 12 or 13 weeks but you can accurately find out through U/S between 18-21 weeks. as I've been told but I've seen on other posts here from ladies finding out by 14 weeks...

I could have found out (but we want a surprise) as early as 8 weeks with the Harmony blood test. If you really want to know the earliest (they are also extremely accurate), one of those tests can tell you that early!!

Is your OB doing an ultrasound at 16 weeks? Mine only did them at 12 (NT scan), 20 (anatomy scan) and then again at 36 weeks to ensure growth.
