i’m scared i might be pregnant

i’m scared that i might be pregnant and i have no way of getting a pregnancy test. i can’t tell him because he’s out of state for the next three weeks without phone and i can’t tell my parents because they’ll kill me. i can only tell them if i am pregnant and i don’t know what to do someone please help
