so i’ve been in a relationship for a little over a year and a half, and he’s been choking me since very early on. we started tying a pretty stretchy belt around my neck for him to pull while we in doggy style pretty recently. i luv it, but i’ve been noticing some popped blood vessels on my neck. so i looked up choking and there was this article that said that there is no safe way to choke someone, and it can lead to seizures or cardiac arrest. i’ve seen it over and over again, but i’m in denial and don’t want to believe it, so i am turning to u all to tell me, is it rlly that dangerous?
