Confusing month 😔

I’m really confused about this month. Usually I ovulate around day 16-18 and see a noticeable temperature rise as you’re supposed to. I also typically use Clearblue Advanced ovulation tests and confirm it that way without problems. This month however the test went to High but never to Peak. And my chart looks like you can see below here. At first glance it looks as if I might have ovulated early about day 12 and had a typical pattern which fell today. BUT these temperatures are really low for me; my cover line is usually around 36.4 (Celsius; I’m in Europe). So it doesn’t look like I got anywhere near my post ovulation level. Could it be because it’s really cold? But the negative ovulation tests don’t help much either. Any thoughts on what might be going on? Am I still waiting for ovulation or can I expect AF?
