pap, chlamydia test indeterminate

I am married, in a monogamous relatio ship for 11 years, with 4 kids the youngest 10 mths old. I recently had a pap, and my doc called me today which immediately freaked me out. No cancer cells, yeast, or bacteria, however the swab for chlamydia and gohnorea was indeterminate meaning it wasn't positive or negative. wtf. She wants me to come back and give a urine sample. She said not to freak out, but how can I not freak out?!?!? someone please tell me this is okay!!! has this happened to anyone???
