Fasting? Detoxing?

I'm excited to start my journey on this 12 day Detox. For a whole 12 days I will be replacing my meals with raw fruits and veggies smoothies. Have any of you tried something of this sort? Did you like it? Did you see a difference in your body and wellness? I've seen so many before and afters, I plan on making eating healthy a lifestyle and I also want to start working out and finally get in shape. I'm super excited 😊
