Confused with clearblue digital weeks

So i’m a bit confused, when i found out i was pregnant with my first baby i made a clearblue digital ( i was 2 days late) ended up having a 1-2 weeks result.

I found out Saturday i am pregnant with baby #2 . I made a clearblue digital again i was 3 days late and it said 2-3 weeks .

My last period was December 21

And i would be 4 weeks 4 days .

Why my test is saying a different result if i did them almost at the same period?! Any explication please?

Could it be multiple pregnancy? Or i am more weeks than i think i am?

My first appointment is on March 5 which is in a little while lol im confused?!
