Been in a long-term relationship with my SO. Over the years, there’s been distrust issues due to incidents that mostly have involved other men, no cheating (physical or emotional). He believes I act inappropriately or welcome flirtacious behavior from the opposite sex. He’s always said I am in denial with my actions that involve flirtacious & wandering eyes. We continue on this up-and-down roller coaster over the same issues and I don’t know what to do to win his trust back. I’m more mindful these days on his suspicions but I just can’t seem to get anything right. I really am not that type so is it insecurities/jealousy?

It’s constant whiplash when it’s good it’s good & when it’s bad it’s bad. Any advice would be truly appreciated!
