Anyone please help

Basically I met this guy and he’s really nice but we decided to be friends because I wasn’t interested in being in a relationship. However, went to his house to spend a night then we had sex. After that we been really close, we still getting it as friends. Couple weeks later he asked me to move in with him in his new home. He took me out and to his parents house, and introduced me to his child. I don’t know what to do.? He says he loves me but I don’t know if that’s true or that’s how he feels p. Help what should do.?
