Question for breast feeding mamas
If you drink wine, is it safe to breastfeed? I have a one month old and I'm not a big drinker but was wondering if it's okay to have a glass of red wine at dinner. I plan to ask my OB about it at my next appointment, just wondering what you ladies have heard. I have looked around online but just wanted some opinions from here. Thanks in advance!
