Doctor Patient Confidentiality w/ pediatrician?

(sorry if this is the wrong topic session) So tomorrow i’m going to see the pediatrician about a yeast infection, i thought it was the gynecologist that dealt with stuff like this but whatever same thing. So i’m 16, and i was wondering if the doctor has the right to tell my mom things because i’m technically not an adult yet, and would it show up on my records, etc. i’ve been with my boyfriend for almost 2 years (anniversary is in april) and we have a pretty active sex life but we haven’t gone completely all the way before (i’m also on the pill). and i know that this could have contributed to my yeast infection, so i just wanna be completely honest with the doctor so that she can help me best she can, but i don’t want my mom to know about what me and my boyfriend have done together. thoughts, advice? thank you ❤️
