Help! I have itching and pain down there

Hello, I’m just wondering what is wrong with me. I’ve had this itching and pain in my vaginal region. The itching is kinda intense and the pain is only when I wipe. It’s just super tender. There is no burning or pain when I pee and I have no bumps or std looking symptoms. Everything looks normal. I’m going to go see a doctor but the appointment is on the 29. I am sexually active and got tested in December and everything was fine. Does this sound like a yeast infection or could it be an std?
