Mostly food or formula?

Question

Do you feed your 1 year old mostly formula still or would you say they eat more food than formula? Just curious to see where everyone else is at. I'm still at mostly formula.

Mostly breastmilk. Last week she has finally started to.eat more food. I can reallt see the improvement.

Breastmilk and food.. it's hard to tell how much milk he gets, but he still nurses pretty often.

we got the okay to start weaning off formula and start cow's milk today. I'm feeling a little stressed because my little guy has been pretty picky with trying new foods so far, and I haven't stressed too much about forcing him to eat food because I knew he was getting most of his nutrition from the formula. They say food before one is just for fun, then all of a sudden they are one and they are supposed to be getting most of their nutrition from food 🤔  I guess I'll just try to slowly wean him off the bottle...? 🤷🏼‍♀️ 
Any advice would be appreciated ladies 😆

We are down to one sippy cup of half formula half milk before bed. She has breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. Milk with every meal and water throughout the day. In the next few days we are going to work on the last sippy cup. Its more of a comfort than a need of it.

My bub eats 3 meals plus snacks every day and she nurses maybe 5-6 times a day I would say. She nurses before naps, first thing when she wakes up and then she has a snuggle feed for about half an hour during her tv time lol. She will randomly want to nurse throughout the day as well but it’s usually just comfort. So I would say she is still pretty like 50/50 on food and nursing, although I think she doesn’t nurse to eat most times.

We got the okay to start cows milk yesterday. She has eaten 3 good meals and at least one snack for the past few months and I would nurse her before naps. we are going to try to eliminate one nursing session today. She has a cup of cows milk with breakfast.
