Therapy time?

How do you know when it’s time to see a therapist?

I’ve seen a therapist before (twice) then i stopped because my stomach pains (associated with my anxiety) was no longer an issue.. my anxiety is still an issue but it doesnt affect my stomach anymore.

Im kinda struggling with things and i dont know if i should go back and see a therapist.. like it feels like im being dramatic and all in my head. I dont know.. how do yall know that it was time to see a therapist?
