After Implanon Removal

So I got the Implanon implant removed about a week ago because if had my period for 4 months straight( I had it in for just over 4 months), I was exhausted all the time, and I was really dizzy and physically unstable. Since then, I have had a medium period and I have had constant back ache and stomach cramps!! My usual period prior to the implant would be painful for the first day but that’s it. If this implant has ruined my relatively easy period .... I won’t be happy ☹️ Have any of you had issues with the implant?
