Regular or concerning?

Since coming off of birth control

In August my cycles have been between 35-40 days. Is this considered regular or should I be concerned? My husband and I are ttc. I have never been diagnosed with pcos or anything like that. When I get my period it lasts about 5 days, isn't unbearably painful and I would

Say I change pads every 3 hours or so depending on how many times I have to pee. (Had an awful experience with tampons as an adolescent so I'm a bit traumatized and don't use them).
