My husband and I have been working on our relationship two months now and he used to verbally abuse me and I told him that I would leave if he didn’t stop and at one point he told me to leave......fast forward, now he’s not saying anything bad to me but we just don’t talk at all anymore. We don’t have sex, kiss or cuddle. We only watch Netflix together and eat together but hardly say any words. He says the only way to stay calm is to not talk. We see a therapist once a week and the therapist told me “you can only take what you can take, no one is making you stay”. I’m confused I wanna fight for us, but feel like he’s not 😔he knows I feel this way and he says it’s not going to be overnight that he’s all lovey dovey. Help....
