This is my first year of college and I'm quite far from home. I caught the flu a few days ago and I'm feeling very sick and upset. I can barely get out of bed. I don't have any friends down here and the ones I do don't really care and are too busy to come down and help me. Does anyone have any advice for what I can do? I have been crying myself to sleep the past few nights because I feel so lonely and I miss my parents and sister. This is the first time I've felt really really homesick like this in the past few months. I see their picture and I just start sobbing.
