Anyone else experience this?

Has anyone else experienced a sharp pain where I highlighted? I’m 19 weeks pregnant. 
This has happened twice, once Saturday then again this morning. The pain usually last 2-4 hours. It’s accompanied with nausea, which I have not had since this started happening.

I get them (at 16weeks)  it lower than that. I just call it “baby room expansion” pain. Feels like a tiny savage stabbing your inside

I get this every so often. 20 weeks yesterday. It only seems to happen when I sneeze or over exert myself and only tends to last up to a minute or so... But definitely enough to make me stop in my tracks!

I literally JUST had this happen yesterday and last night.  The sharp pain isn’t even really “painful” as it just makes you take a second to stop what you’re doing until it goes away, but I’ve had the exact same thing.  Idk what it is
