tips on how to get my daughter age 3 in her own bed

hi guys so i need some advice my daughter still sleeps with me but i really want her to sleep her in own bed everytime i tried iv failed, i showed her beds etc got her excited bout sheets etc, ovbs she picked the most expensive bed coz it disney n got princesses on it, part of me tho dont want to buy her it has before iv done all this n she not gone into her own bed n coz i still live with my mum n dad. my mum is forever telling me to sell things if she doesnt use it weather it be cots beds toys because it takes to much room iv repected her wishes i live here rent free so i got to respect her wishes to an extent, lots of people say she should be in her own room by now but iv never felt comfortable doing that has i always think what if worst thing happen while we r all sleeping, so im not worried to get her in her own room just yet at all i just want her to have some inderpendant n sleep in her own bed as much as ill miss her sleeping with me
