What should I do?

What I would like: to move our bedroom from the main floor to upstairs.

Reasons : be closer to the kids, have more of a family space in the hallway, to keep renters downstairs but give them there own walk in closet and master bath

Husband would like: to keep it the way it is.

Reasons: No, I don’t wanna keep walking up and down stairs. Doesn’t want to help do the work.

I’m really aggravated because it isn’t even a discussion and when I bring it up as such he just says no. “You’ve rearranged the dinning room and living room” which he also said no to but once I started moving everything around then he helped.
