Omg helpppp

So I randomly took this test and it was positive. I had my cousin bring me more because I’m in shock and I drank a lot just to pee and the next test said not pregnant. Do y’all think I’m pregnant and I just had really diluted urine or it’s a false positive ? I’m going to retest in the morning but my nerves are a wreck and now I can’t even sleep 😭
